If you are having problems with the use of any of our products, please try the following trouble shooting tips:
- Remanufactured ink jets for HP, Lexmark, Dell and Canon
- Please ensure that you removed the blue seal tape before use
- Please ensure that you removed the protective plastic clip before use
- If the cartridge does not print immediately, please run 2 to 3 more pages. Once the print head gets primed with ink, the print quality will improve.
- If the cartridge does not print right away, please take damp lint-free cloth and wipe the print head.
- New Compatible Epson, Canon, or Brother inkjet cartridges
- If your cartridge does not print right away, it may be do to your printer sitting idle for too long. If this is the case, run printer cleaning cycle which should allow you to print.
- Remanufactured & Compatible Laser Cartridges
- Please make sure you remove shipping seal by pulling the "Pull Tab"
- Additional Cleaning Tips
- *Never touch Print Head with a Dry Cloth
- *Never Use household cleaners like Windex on an inkjet cartridge
- Instead, using a clean, low-lint cloth or paper towel moistened with bottled water, gently wipe and blot the print head with the damp section of the cloth or paper towel. Make sure that there is a Tri-color or a solid black bar.
- You may also clean the paper path using a clean cloth or paper towel dampened with bottled water .
- If the cartridges are drying up in the printer, this indicates there may be a problem with the Printer Service Station which means your printer needs to be serviced. The Printer Service Station is what 'caps' the cartridge(s) and prevents them from drying up.
If any if these steps do not work, contact us immediately for a replacement product.
