  1. I see many companies selling these types of products on line, what differentiates you from the competition?
    • eCycle Ink has the most years of applicable industry experience on the manufacturing and distribution side of the business than any of our competitors. Combined, the principals have over 20 years of industry experience. This means that input type has the highest level of understanding in sourcing the highest quality, most aggressively priced products. Additionally, we have the greatest degree of technical understanding regarding the materials we are selling which allows us to manage our customers expectations.
  2. Is the quality of your cartridges as good as the original?
    • Yes, all of our compatible cartridges are tested to perform equal to the OEM cartridge. Our cartridges are benchmarked versus the OEM in terms of image quality, page yield, and overall failure rate.
  3. I tried remanufactured products once and had terrible problems. What assurances can you offer me that I will have a better experience this time?
    • The remanufacturing industry has come a long way since its early days. Collectively it is a 7 billion dollar industry that has gained mass acceptance and legitimacy across all retail channels. You can now find remanufactured/compatibles in almost every retailer you can imagine from Office Depot, Wal-mart, Best Buy, Costco, etc. The largest retailers in the world would not give precious shelf space to a product that is inferior and that would damage their reputation.

In addition, eCycle Ink (E.I.) sources from many of the same suppliers that provide cartridges to the above-mentioned retailers, and at 15-30% LOWER for the same quality remanufactured cartridges!
  4. I have been told that the use of an off brand product will void my printer warrantee, is this true?
    • No, consumer choice and protection against unfair business practices and monopolistic behavior is protected by the Sherman Anti trust Act. Even according to HP, it is illegal to mandate the use of OEM products. The only instance where a warrantee is voided is if the CARTRIDGE ITSELF caused the damage to the printer. If this does occur, E.I. will take care of the repairs.
  5. What do I do with the empty cartridges when they are done? Throw them away?
    • No, not only are we saving you money, but we are also offering an environmentally friendly product that reduces tons of waste from landfills each month. We offer recycling programs for your empties that allow us to keep them out of the waste stream. For larger corporate accounts, we can customize a program for you. For home users with inkjet printers, we are including a cartridge return bag with prepaid postage that will return the cartridge to our recycling center for re-use. recycling@bridgeimagingusa.com
  6. Which products are recycled/remanufactured and which are new?
    • All HP, Lexmark inkjets (with a few exceptions) are remanufactured. The process ensures that the cartridge is as good as new; it includes:
      • Qualifying the empty to ensure electrical continuity through cleaning
      • Filling with OEM compatible ink that is similar to the OEM in terms of dry time, permanence, and print quality
      • 100 % post testing
    • All HP and most other Laser cartridges are remanufactured (not refilled). This process includes:
      • Replacement and inspection of over 10 critical cartridge
      • components.
      • Shipping seal installed
      • 100% post tested
    • All Epson, Canon and Brother Ink jets are 100% new compatible
    • All Xerox/Tektronix products are 100 % new compatible
  7. The "original equipment manufacturers" market that if you do not use their ink and photo papers that the prints will not last. Is this true?
    • Clearly these companies have a vested interest in protected their consumables business. They make all of their money on cartridges and practically give away the printers in order to attract consumers and make money by selling them exorbitantly priced cartridges. To print a 4x6 photo using OEM ink and paper, it will cost you between 25-30 cents. With input type ink and paper, it will cost less than .15; that is almost 1/2 as much! input type also matches its ink and paper together in order to offer the most long lasting prints. Generally speaking, with ANY ink, if you subject it to long term UV light, it will fade. With our product, if the print is under glass or in an album, you will not notice any fading for many years.
  8. How quickly will I get my product after I order it?
    • input type ships 99.5% of all orders the same day they are placed. All ink jet cartridges will ship via USPS priority mail and arrive within 1-6 days depending on ship zones. All laser cartridges will ship UPS ground which offers 1-2 day ship times anywhere in California and a max of 5 days to the east coast. If anything is needed sooner, we do offer expedited shipping methods for an additional charge.
